Do you know what a chakra is? If the term sounds like it’s from a sci-fi flick, you may be surprised to learn that it’s a real thing, and it’s not as complex as you might think!
Chakra: An energetic system of the body!
Did you know you are an energetic being? You are! You have multiple energy systems within the body, the chakras being one of them! There are seven main chakras, each with its unique color, sound, and vibration. Chakras are responsible for balancing and regulating the flow of energy in our bodies, and when they’re imbalanced, they can impact us physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Chakras connect the soul to the body and help us access our spirit self, our higher self. An amazing technique to help us clear our chakras and access our higher self is Sanctuary meditation which is taught at my center. By the way, the chakras aren’t the only energy systems of the body! We can explore that at a later date. Let’s go.
So, why should you care about chakras?
