Within the Modern Mystery School tradition, we teach that every person carries an incredible amount of untapped potential. You have gifts, qualities, and possibilities within you that may not be fully active or expressed.
Life Activation works with what is sometimes called your spiritual DNA. The session uses a specific handed-down technique to bring more light into your energy structure and activate more of that inner potential.

What Happens During a Life Activation Session?
A Life Activation session at The Center at Keystone lasts approximately 90 minutes.
We begin with a conversation about what is happening in your life and what you hope to receive from the session. You do not need to arrive with the perfect intention or know spiritual terminology. We will talk through it together.
During the healing, you remain fully clothed. Much of the session is performed while you are comfortably seated. I use a specific wooden Life Activation tool around the head and energy field as part of the traditional technique. The session also includes work along the body’s energetic structure.
Some people feel warmth, tingling, relaxation, lightness, or a shift in energy. Others have a quieter experience and notice changes over the days or weeks that follow. There is no correct sensation you are supposed to have.
Afterward, we take time to talk about the session and how to support your next steps. I encourage people to notice what changes without forcing an outcome. You might become clearer about a decision, feel drawn to make a change, reconnect with something meaningful, or simply feel more present in your life.

My Experience With Life Activation
I first came to this work as someone who wanted to understand it, not simply believe in it.
I had already spent years helping people through chiropractic care and studying the relationship between structure, the nervous system, health, and human potential. I valued practical results. I still do.
Life Activation affected me in a way I could not ignore. It helped me see that alignment was not only physical. There was another level involving purpose, awareness, energy, and the willingness to become more fully yourself.
Even then, I resisted becoming a practitioner and guide for years. Eventually, the change in my own life became too meaningful to keep separate from the work I was meant to offer.
